Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (hMG) is a fertility medication extracted from the urine of postmenopausal women, containing both follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). It is used to stimulate ovarian follicle development in women undergoing fertility treatments and to enhance sperm production in men with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. In bodybuilding, hMG may be used to restore natural testosterone production after anabolic steroid cycles by stimulating testicular function. Despite its effectiveness, improper use can lead to hormonal imbalances and increased risk of multiple pregnancies .
