Product Overview
Examorelin, also known as Hexarelin, is a synthetic growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) that mimics the natural hormone ghrelin. It binds to the GHSR1a receptor in the hypothalamus and pituitary to significantly increase the release of growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1. Compared to GHRP-6, examorelin is more potent and has a lower tendency for side effects. Though GH-focused, it may slightly elevate ACTH, cortisol, and prolactin, but usually within normal ranges. It has also been researched for potential cardioprotective properties via its interaction with CD36 receptors.
