CJC-1295 with DAC was initially created to support growth hormone therapy by extending hormone release duration. Although it showed promise in clinical studies, it did not receive FDA approval. Today, it’s commonly used in wellness and athletic settings to promote lean tissue support and recovery. CJC-1295 with DAC is not needed for post-cycle therapy, as it doesn’t impact natural testosterone. Its development in the early 2000s introduced a long-acting alternative to daily GHRH peptides.
