CJC-1295 with DAC was originally developed to treat growth hormone deficiency by stimulating the pituitary gland. Though never FDA-approved, it remains under research. Today, CJC-1295 with DAC is widely used in performance and anti-aging communities to boost natural GH and IGF-1 levels. Its long half-life allows infrequent dosing. It is not a post-cycle therapy (PCT) drug and does not replace testosterone. The compound gained popularity in the 2000s after clinical trials showed sustained GH release.
