Methenolone enanthate, marketed as Primobolan® Depot, is an injectable anabolic steroid that was first introduced by Squibb in 1962 under the brand Nibal® Depot before being acquired by Schering. It is derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and is known for its mild anabolic and low androgenic effects. It is commonly used during cutting cycles to maintain lean muscle mass without water retention. Unlike other steroids, it does not aromatize to estrogen, reducing the risk of gynecomastia.
