Equipoise is a known supplement used in horses to help build muscle and boost their appetite significantly. The chemical composition shows a variation of testosterone with a bond between carbons 1 and 2, that boosts its muscle building effects while decreasing its estrogen related effects.  After being owned by Squibb, Solvay, and Wyeth, Equipoise is now marketed by Pfizer.
