Methenolone acetate is an oral anabolic steroid, with androgenic effects which was first created by Squibb and launched as Nibal® in the United States in 1962 before being acquired by Schering in West Germany and renamed Primobolan. Unlike other steroids Methenolone acetate doesn't have a 17 alpha alkyl group which makes it less harmful, to the liver. This medication has become popular for its effectiveness during cutting phases because of its muscle building qualities and the absence of any estrogen related side effects that help in achieving muscle growth without retaining water.
