Nandrolone laurate is a long-acting injectable anabolic steroid containing the laurate ester, which extends its action in comparison with nandrolone decanoate. Developed in the 1960s, initially it emerged for humans under the trade name Clinibolin, and subsequently was reworked for veterinary use as Laurabolin. It is a veterinary medicinal product for the treatment malnutrition, anemia, and combating the side effect of wasting muscles caused by corticosteroids in animals: cats, dogs, and livestock..
